As a housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise the housekeeping operation, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a great guest experience.
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Housekeeping Operations
Ability to Supervise:
2-8 people

Duties and Responsibilities:
Always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements and reporting to the Director of Rooms, your key job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Implement and follow hotel standards while making sure that the hotel policies and procedures are met,
Co-ordinate, assign and review work,
Assist clients/guests with special needs,
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work,
Requisition materials and supplies,
train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies,
Take ownership and responsibilities in Guest concerns and address accordingly and make guests feel valued and important,
Resolve Guest / Operational grievances to result in a positive outcome,
Prepare and submit progress and other reports,
Ensure financial transactions are done accordingly to confirm the revenue,
Understand and comply with security and cash handling procedures, service and quality standards,
Take measures to ensure Guest security and privacy,
Perform same duties as workers supervised
