Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
Set up tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and other dining equipment.
Assist with banquet, wedding, conference, and special-event setup.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately when required.
Serve plated meals, buffet items, appetizers, and beverages.
Refill water and beverages throughout service.
Monitor guests and respond promptly to requests.
Clear plates, glasses, cutlery, and other tableware.
Reset tables and dining areas between services.
Assist with buffet and beverage station setup and replenishment.
Communicate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
Maintain clean and organized dining, service, and preparation areas.
Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with event cleanup after service.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or banquet manager.
Previous server, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
