M.R.C. Systems Inc. (MRC Wireless), a Platinum Motorola dealer, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair two-way radio systems, user equipment, communications infrastructure, and video surveillance systems. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support to customers, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose system issues, and ensure reliable operation of critical communication and security equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, test, and service two-way radio equipment and supporting infrastructure.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video surveillance systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs at customer sites.
- Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service requests as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with wireless communications, electronics, networking, or related technologies is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
