About the Role
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, including those from the Russian-speaking community. You’ll work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver medical care, educate on health practices, and support recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and provide compassion and patient-centred nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking patients and their families to ensure understanding and comfort in care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and preventive practices.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in family medicine, geriatrics, community health, or a related field is an asset.
