Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decision-making processes. Assumes key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a post secondary accounting/business program.
CPA designation, or actively pursuing designation.
3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance.
Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements.
Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction.
Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations.
Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point).
Experience using CloudSuiteFinancial would be an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a good attendance record and meet the performance standards of the Health Centre.
