Are you a natural closer who loves helping people transform their health?
We're looking for someone who leads with curiosity, builds trust fast, and knows how to guide a prospect from "interested" to "committed" - without pressure tactics.
This is not a clinical role. It's a consultative sales role in a health clinic setting.
You'll be trained on our metabolic testing protocol (PNOĒ) and 3D body composition scanning - the technical side is straightforward. What we can't teach is your ability to connect with people and close.
What you'll do :
You'll conduct health discovery consultations with new prospects, present our 12-week precision health programs, and manage your own sales pipeline with weekly follow-up. You'll also be a key part of building Bedford's client base from the ground up.
What we're looking for :
You have 2 or more years of experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role. You're organized, autonomous, and comfortable working toward revenue targets. A background in health, fitness, or wellness is a bonus but not required. You're ambitious and want to grow with a company that's expanding nationally.
What we offer :
Base pay of $22/hour for 30 hours per week, plus commission on every program sold. Uncapped earning potential. Full training on our proprietary health assessment system. A role with real growth potential as we expand our clinic network across Canada.
