Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Holiday Experience Team Members on a seasonal contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help create memorable holiday experiences for children and families. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and capable of engaging with visitors in a lively and festive environment. As a key part of our holiday celebrations, you will help ensure guests have a joyful and seamless experience throughout their visit.
This seasonal position may involve assignments in various communities throughout the Greater Vancouver area, including Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, and Squamish. Applicants should indicate which communities they are available to work in when applying.
Duties
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Help create memorable holiday experiences for children and families.
- Assist guests with questions and provide information as needed.
- Support the smooth operation of holiday activities and photo sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and event protocols.
- Represent Timeless Christmas with professionalism, enthusiasm, and holiday spirit.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with children, families, retail, hospitality, events, recreation, or customer service is considered an asset.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
- Availability to work selected weekends during the holiday season.
- Reliable transportation.

Availability

Season Dates:
November 19 – December 20, 2026
Operating Hours:
Thursday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Applicants should be available to work some or all of these operating hours throughout the holiday season.
Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
