Compensation
Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and role scope.
Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring Commerce Fulfillment Associates to support our growing eCommerce and retail fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for picking, packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Prepare shipments according to packaging and labeling standards
· Support inventory organization and operational workflow
· Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational SOPs
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is an asset
· Strong attention to detail and reliability
· Ability to perform physical tasks safely
Work Structure
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is on-site at Mintink’s Vaughan location. Hours may include weekends based on operational needs.
