We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Ownership Advisor to support outbound service development and customer retention efforts across Capital Auto Group. Reporting to the Director of Development, this role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships by responding to service inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring service appointments are successfully scheduled.
Please Note: This is a temporary leave replacement position with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
A Day In The Life…
- Answering the Service Departments telephone and contacting customers to remind and schedule or reschedule service appointments in a professional manner.
- Responding to initial email & SMS service messages in a timely manner.
- Responding to phone inquiries from targeted campaigns.
- Ensuring continuous follow-up by email, SMS, and phone until a service appointment is scheduled.
- Validating customer communication methods in our databases.
- Providing feedback on CAG retention campaigns on servicing; first service, overdue, retention, and target through the CRM360 suite.
- Providing feedback on CAG online booking tools and related processes.
- Flagging situations that may need management intervention or that may adversely affect reputation, profitability, or customer satisfaction.
- Working with BDC team to share insights and participate in department meetings.
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.
What You Bring To CAG…
- High level of detail orientation with competency in email/internet and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, the desire to exceed expectations and know-how to succeed in an ethical manner is a must.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively with professionalism.
- Comfortable with data entry and digital database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.
What We Require From You…
- 1+ years’ experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience is an asset.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate diploma in Administration or similar is an asset.
- Knowledge of CDK Drive and CRM 360 is an asset.
- Certificate of Conduct required.
