Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team with Maximum upto 80 % COMPENSATION. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. The Massage Therapist will work in a tranquil environment dedicated to health and relaxation, helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized treatments.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other therapeutic techniques.
- Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their concerns, and explain treatment options clearly.
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster trust and ensure a positive experience for every client.
- Ability to listen attentively and adapt massage techniques based on individual preferences and health conditions.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a genuine desire to promote health and relaxation through therapeutic touch.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for internship positions; however, relevant training or experience is advantageous.
