Cliantha Research is currently seeking a Part Time Participant Recruitment Coordinator who can fulfill its business needs and is looking for better learning and growth opportunities. This job is for recruiting subjects for clinical research, and Studies. This job does not entail any duties pertaining to Human Resources, and/or Recruitment and Selection.

General Responsibilities:
- Conduct eligibility pre-screening of potential study volunteers on the telephone based on study inclusion and exclusion criteria
- Provide volunteers with an overview of the study, review criteria to determine eligibility and respond to volunteer questions
- Create new volunteer registration files in Cliantha database including contact information, demographics, social history, source of referral, medication and medical history
- Maintain detailed database records of all volunteer communications/interactions and update profile information as required
- Book appointments for eligible volunteers for screening and/or study visits based on study timelines and conduct appointment reminder phone calls/emails
- Respond to and manage volunteer emails and other volunteer sources of communication utilizing developed templates
- Lead studies for recruitment as assigned including preparation of study summary, screening lists, check-in lists, database queries and study updates
- Participate in the training of new team members
- Participate in team meetings and actively contribute with sharing of best practices, challenges, volunteer feedback and ideas to support recruitment goals
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in sciences or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service and/or sales and/or call centre environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research industry an asset
- Previous work experience in clinical research setting an asset
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently with efficiency and accuracy
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Good decision-making skills while using sound judgment to escalate situations when required
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative with a goal-driven mindset
