Internal Sales Coordinator (Data Entry & Clerical Focus)
A leading manufacturer of investment castings in the aerospace sector seeking dynamic individual to join our team of Internal Sales Coordinators.
As a designated point of contact for your assigned customers, this role is 100% in-office, supporting daily sales operations and administrative workflows that require physical presence for document handling, coordination, and internal communication. You will help ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams
· Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM systems, track order status to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Enter sales orders, verify details, and coordinate with logistics or fulfillment teams.
· Manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries, providing timely responses.
· Support internal coordination between sales, finance, and operations.
- Assist with preparation of quotations, filing, and other office‑based administrative tasks, as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual. Clear written and verbal communication in English is required to communicate with our international customers.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
