A client of Marketing Blendz is seeking a highly capable Experienced MSP Engineer to join their remote support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MSP professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting business users, and taking ownership of client environments.
You'll become part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting hundreds of managed endpoints across a diverse client base. This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior-level Systems Administrator with 1-3 years of MSP experience who is looking to continue advancing their career in a fast-paced managed services environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior MSP Engineer, you'll act as a trusted technical resource for business clients while providing both frontline and escalated support.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations
- Support and administer Windows Server environments
- Provide remote desktop support to end users
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
- Diagnose and resolve VPN-related issues
- Support Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Online, and email services
- Handle escalated technical issues and complex troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records
- Manage support requests efficiently through a PSA platform

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven customer service and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and close tickets efficiently
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Datto RMM, Kaseya, or similar RMM platforms
- Experience with Autotask or other PSA systems
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience supporting cybersecurity solutions and best practices
- Ubiquiti networking experience
- Virtualization experience with Hyper-V or VMware

Compensation
