Job Summary:
Reporting to Supervisor, Maintenance Planning, this position will provide administrative support to the Technical Records team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter all technical data into the approved planning and records database including but not limited to:

Entering details from the aircraft journey log pages including overnight maintenance and line defects.

Entering details from the aircraft Heavy Workpacks by entering all details from AWCs.

Ensuring all component replacements are completed with correct details.

Ensuring all technical details are entered accurately including with correct ATA details.

Reporting to appropriate departments for incomplete or inaccurate records, follow-up tracking for corrections and recording of all issues.

APU Time updates Hours/Cycles.

Scanning and uploading documents.

Filing and storage of all technical data hard copies.

Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy.

Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances.

Experience working with aircraft technical records is preferred.

Experience working with RAAS Maintenance Software and/or AMOS would be an advantage.
