Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments and progress
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support client health goals
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in Alberta
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
