Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales – Pool & Spa Retail

Sun N Fun Pool & Spa is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales team member to join our Red Deer store.
We are a family-owned pool and spa business serving Central Alberta since 1962. We sell and service hot tubs, swimming pools, saunas, water care products, and backyard leisure products.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about products, and working in a retail sales environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers in the showroom and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with hot tubs, pools, saunas, chemicals, accessories, and water care products
- Answering phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Providing inside sales support and helping customers choose the right products
- Performing water testing and explaining product recommendations
- Creating sales orders, quotes, and customer invoices
- Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and well stocked
- Supporting the service and sales team with daily store operations
- Following up with customers when required
Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Hot tub, pool, or water care knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale system
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work well with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to lift products such as chemical containers and accessories when needed
