Operations Manager – Automotive Industry
We're looking for an Operations Manager to help keep our busy automotive business running smoothly. This role is a mix of team leadership, organization, problem-solving, and making sure day-to-day operations stay on track.
What we're looking for:
- Previous automotive industry experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily operations
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and finding solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily shop operations
- Support and manage the team
- Help improve processes and efficiency
- Work with customers and suppliers as needed
- Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
