Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team who can work 9-5 Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize equipment and supplies as necessary for specific cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs observed during cleaning.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Maintain an organized schedule to manage time efficiently while completing all assigned duties.
Skills
- Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques to safely handle large items.
- Familiarity with maintaining and cleaning equipment used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
