Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Assist clients with retail product sales and upselling to enhance their experience and meet their skincare needs
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to offer innovative solutions
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to educate clients and promote services confidently
- Prior experience working at the front desk or handling administrative tasks is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple client appointments efficiently
