Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Portland Street Honda. Please note: This position is new car detailing only. In this role, you will be responsible for the final preparation, cleaning, and detailing of brand-new vehicles to ensure they meet our high showroom standards before delivery to our customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the premium integrity of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail new vehicles (interior and exterior), ensuring a flawless, showroom-ready standard of presentation.
- Perform routine surface inspections of new vehicles arriving from transport to identify any areas needing attention or repair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the detailing bay, ensuring all equipment is safely operated.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle care.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery after service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
