Licensed Automotive Mechanic / Technician
We are a busy, high-volume used car dealership looking for an experienced Licensed Automotive Mechanic / Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable and skilled technician who can confidently diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair a wide variety of makes and models.
Requirements
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License required
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs
- Comfortable working on a variety of makes and models
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and identify required repairs
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Valid Full G Driver’s Licence required
- Dealership experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs
- Complete brake, suspension, steering and other mechanical repairs
- Perform pre-sale vehicle inspections and preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
