Landscape Labourer – Bourdeaux Lawn & Landscape (Penticton)
$24–28/hr depending on experience Full-time, seasonal Start ASAP
Bourdeaux Lawn & Landscape is an award-winning, locally owned landscaping company in Penticton. We build lawns and landscapes designed for the Okanagan — sod and seed installs, clover and bee-turf lawns, garden beds, rock and gravel features. We're booked out two months ahead and growing, so we're hiring our first crew member for the season.
What you'll do:
- Lawn installations: site prep, grading, soil work, laying sod, seeding
- Landscape installs: planting, garden beds, rock/gravel features
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials
- Work directly alongside the owner — you'll learn the whole trade, not just one task
What we're looking for:
- Reliable. You show up on time, every day. This matters more to us than anything else.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence to get yourself to job sites on time
- References we can contact
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in summer heat
- Takes pride in doing things properly — our reputation is built on quality
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset — but we'll train the right person who's reliable and willing to learn
