Summary
'Supply Chain Supervisor' is a vital role at Perri's Corporation, based in Concord. You will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes to support our mission of delivering high-quality musical accessories to musicians worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve supply chain processes to ensure efficient production and delivery.
- Create Purchase Orders daily
- Cycle Inventory Counts in warehouse
- Communicate with vendors daily
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Utilize ERP systems such as Epicor to monitor supply chain performance.
- Analyze data using Power BI and SQL to identify areas for process enhancement.
- Support demand planning activities to meet customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement.
- Minimum 3-4 years
- Strong English speaking and typing
- Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems. Epicor preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.
