Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Rehabilitation Therapists in appointments, general cleaning, laundry and some reception duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists during appointments
- Assist patients with exercises
- Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation environment
- Laundry
- Ensuring rooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary equipment
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
- Experience with animal handling is not a requirment but is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.55-$19.00 per hour
