Cottonwood Golf & Country Club is a privately owned 18-hole course located just 15 minutes south of Calgary. We are now hiring full-time and part-time seasonal turf care team members for the 2026 season.
You do not need golf or turf experience to apply. We train everything — because we believe strong character, work ethic, and attitude matter more than past experience.

What This Role Looks Like
- Care and maintenance of the entire golf course property
- Early morning starts (typical start time 5:30am)
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions • A structured schedule: 6 days on / 3 days off, with some flexibility
Early mornings mean afternoons free and consistent time off built into your schedule.
