Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in operational management.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
- Lead and mentor a team of managers to ensure operational excellence
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to optimize cost efficiencies
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior operational role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within budget and timeline constraints
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Track record of driving process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
