Build Your Career with Motosel Industrial Group Inc.
This is not a passenger-vehicle, pickup-truck or parcel delivery job. Motosel is seeking a dependable Winnipeg team member with commercial box truck or larger vehicle experience who can operate a forklift, load deliveries and support warehouse operations.
Why Experienced Drivers Choose Motosel
· Monday to Friday schedule with local deliveries - home every evening.
· Stable, year-round employment with a growing Canadian company.
· A hands-on role combining commercial driving, customer service and warehouse support.
· Health, dental and vision benefits.
· No long-haul driving and no overnight runs.
A Typical Day
This is a true driver/warehouse hybrid position. You will pick customer orders, use a forklift to load and secure your truck, complete local deliveries to commercial and industrial customers, unload products, then return to assist with shipping, receiving and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare customer orders and safely load a commercial box truck using a forklift.
· Operate a commercial box truck throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities.
· Deliver lubricants and industrial products to commercial and industrial customers.
· Unload products, verify deliveries and complete delivery documentation.
· Operate a forklift daily for loading, unloading and warehouse support.
· Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory and warehouse organization.
· Perform daily vehicle inspections and represent Motosel professionally.
What We're Looking For
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence accepted. Class 1 and Class 3 licence holders are also encouraged to apply.
· Previous experience operating commercial box trucks, straight trucks, 5-ton trucks, semi-trucks or similar commercial delivery vehicles is strongly preferred.
· Applicants whose driving experience is limited to passenger cars, pickup trucks or standard cargo vans are unlikely to be suitable for this position.
· Forklift experience is required. This role involves loading and unloading your own truck and supporting warehouse operations every day.
· Clean driver's abstract.
· Ability to safely and occasionally lift and move products weighing up to 45 lbs. Heavier products are handled using forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
· Reliable, safety-conscious and customer focused.
