We are looking for a Customer Service/ Pricebook Representative for a 12-month contract position, with possibility of extensions in Calgary, Alberta. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Hybrid schedule, at least 4 days in the office. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.
Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service / Pricebook Representative to join their team, providing top-tier service to their convenience store customers, and ensuring timely and accurate convenience store pricebook updates and maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information about products and services with efficiency and professionalism and ensure their retailers profitability by having a keen eye for detail and accuracy through accurate data entry into our Retail Network’s pricebook.
Responsibilities
Address concerns from customers and store personnel regarding inquiries, pricing, complaints, and service issues.
Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience and providing timely solutions.
Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and services offered by the convenience stores.
Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide additional support if needed.
Liaise with store management and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Maintain the company’s Pricebook with item updates, promotional pricing, and software updates.
Address any retailer calls regarding pricebook
Work closely with Category Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory pricebook requirements
General support of Category Managers, and external communication portals.
Required Skills and Experience
High school diploma
Minimum 5 years’ experience with customer service delivering exceptional service and detailed resolutions
Experience in sales, procurement, or supply chain management, which involves managing and maintaining the pricing information for products and services is highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior attention to detail
Creative approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated detail-oriented data entry and proven trouble shooting skills
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
Passion to see projects through from inception to completion and the ability to meet tight deadlines
