The Business Applications Solution Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will embody both business leadership and technical expertise, guiding our clients through their digital transformation via Microsoft technologies. Leading a virtual team comprising sales, technical, and Practice resources, your focus will be on helping clients realize and exceed quarterly Business Applications workload targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the Technical Win
- Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for Business Central opportunities, from discovery to technical close
- Design scalable, practical ERP solutions aligned to client outcomes and delivery feasibility
- Drive solution quality, scope clarity, and technical confidence in every deal
Drive Co-Sell with Microsoft
- Partner closely with Microsoft sellers to build pipeline and win deals together
- Leverage Microsoft programs to accelerate opportunities
- Align MNP’s offerings with Microsoft priorities across ERP, AI, and Copilot
Translate Business Needs into Real Solutions
- Lead value-driven conversations with business and IT stakeholders
- Build clear business cases and ROI narratives tied to Business Central
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot
Orchestrate Pursuits Internally
- Act as the bridge between sales and delivery; ensuring clean scope, realistic estimates, and aligned teams
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and account teams to present one cohesive solution
Lead Pre-Sales Execution
- Deliver workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts that move deals forward
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and solution estimates
- Build and evolve reusable solution assets and accelerators
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience That Actually Matters
- 5+ years in pre-sales / solution consulting within ERP or Business Applications
- Proven track record of driving technical wins
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Technical & Functional Depth
- Deep understanding of ERP processes
- Experience designing solutions across Business Central + Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and deliverable
Commercial & Co-Sell Acumen
- Strong business case development and pricing awareness
- Experience working with Microsoft or similar partner ecosystems
- Ability to influence deal strategy and position value effectively
Communication & Influence
- Confident engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Able to clearly articulate complex ERP concepts in simple terms

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
