.......The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering SAP technology projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The role manages cross-functional teams, coordinates business and technical stakeholders, and ensures successful implementation of SAP solutions that support organizational objectives.
The Project Manager will oversee SAP implementation, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, rollouts, and integration projects while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business requirements.
- Manage communication with executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams, vendors, and third-party consultants.
- Facilitate project status meetings and governance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of project management experience.
- 3–7+ years managing SAP projects.
- Experience delivering at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies including SAP Activate.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
Pay: $79,877.36-$165,898.53 per year
