As part of a mission-centric, locally delivered, and nationally powered organization, the Corporate Partner Lead serves as a fundraising leader responsible for advancement, mission integration, volunteer management, and donor cultivation in Toronto and GTA. The manager oversees donor development activities across Canada, supporting both corporate and retail acquisition efforts. In their relentless pursuit of a cure for cancer, they consistently build and nurture relationships with individuals and corporations that share the vision of a world without blood cancers.

What We Will Do Together

Transform corporate portfolios and build a culture of excellence in philanthropy.
- Manage a caseload of 50+ corporate partners and collaborate on development deliverables.
- Prospect, steward, and cultivate corporate partner relationships to exceed annual goals.
- Develop proposals to secure gifts and multiyear partnerships over $100,000.
- Identify key corporate prospects aligned with organizational funding priorities.
- Align LLSC’s mission with corporate partners’ philanthropic goals.
- Maximize corporate partner visibility and provide a top-tier partnership experience.
- Develop a corporate journey map for personalized giving experiences.
- Foster an internal culture of philanthropy.
- Engage prospects with strategic activities for meaningful contributions.
- Create cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans using CRM tools.
- Promote LLSC’s patient services and mission to prospects, donors, and volunteers.
- Participate in educational sessions and conferences.
- Handle inquiries and provide support services.
- Integrate mission aspects into presentations to showcase donor impact.
- Ensure collaboration with Community Engagement leads.
- Support research on the causes, cures, and treatments for blood-related cancers.
What You Should Bring

An ability to be available for in-person meetings with constituents in Toronto and GTA.
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in Commerce, Event Management, Fund Development, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in major gift corporate relations and/or corporate philanthropy.
- Proven track record of influencing and persuading external constituents.
- Experience in a healthcare mission or patient-focused environment is an asset.
- Knowledge and skill in donor/corporate development.
- Experience in cross-departmental project management and collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect, build, and maintain relationships.
- Superior presentation skills.
- Experience working in a team environment to achieve set goals.
