What You’ll Be Doing
Meet monthly and annual sales targets;
Analyze bids and specifications to understand project challenges;
Proactively follow up on quotations and record interactions in our CRM;
Negotiate and close contracts, including terms and payment conditions;
Address client concerns and objections with confidence and persuasion;
Handle rejection and re-open negotiations when necessary;
Maximize the potential of assigned opportunities;
Build long-term, quality relationships with general contractors, architects, etc.;
Occasionally visit clients to strengthen relationships and better understand their needs;
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth;
Participate in sales meetings and help develop and implement strategies.

Requirements
3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and direct negotiation in a highly competitive environment;
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone;
Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools;
Knowledge of the construction industry (contractors/architects) is a plus;
Fluent in spoken and written English (a strong asset for doing business).
