Inside Sales Telemarketing - Sales Lead Development

Essential Duties:
- Actively develop communication with potential clients via telephone or email; completing a target of 60 outgoing contacts with office cleaning contract decision-makers daily.
- Generate 4-5 new customer meeting opportunities per week; Maintain accurate daily records, and update market research online of contacts in electronic database
- Work in a sales team to investigate new opportunities, in the field and digitally from the office - one half day every week door to door marketing with a partner.
- Receive incoming customer and JAN-PRO franchisee calls professionally and courteously
- Other related office admin and sales tasks and office activities
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in sales/telemarketing.
- Telemarking experience is a requirement - proven endurance to complete large sales call volumes and aptitude for phone sales
- Perfect communication skills fluent in English language.
- Clear English and pleasant telephone manner
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Valid Drivers Licence - you will need to drive a JAN-PRO sales car once a week.
- Ability to document detailed and accurate client information in electronic sales database (CRM’s).
This position is ideally suited for parents who need to be home to meet their children after school because Monday to Friday regular office hours can also be flexible. We could also plan a 9am to 1 pm - 20 hour per week schedule. Or 10am to 3 pm school day scheudle.
