Brian Cullen Motors is looking for a dynamic Vehicle Sales Manager to support our veteran new & used vehicle sales teams. The ideal candidate will understand that modern sales management is about customer focused processes and engagement, delivering tangible results that elevate the entire sale team.
Minimum requirements:
· Current Retail Automotive Sales / Sales Management Experience
· Franchised New Vehicle Dealer Experience, minimum 5 years.
· OMVIC Licensed
· Valid Class G Driver’s License
This is not a “sit in your office and supervise” position. Reporting to the General Manager, primary responsibilities will include:
· Working with each member of the sales team to provide support and secure results
· Utilizing, updating, and monitoring of CRM systems, supporting our BDC and F&I processes
· Securing Pre-Owned Vehicle inventory through trade-in appraisal and direct acquisition.
· Direct customer contact, appointment confirmation and follow up of retail customers.
