What you’ll do
•Install, construct, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and systems, primarily within residential construction environments.
•Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot existing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and code compliance.
•Complete all work in accordance with company standards, project drawings, and applicable electrical and building codes.
•Perform duties in a safe, efficient, and productive manner while promoting and ensuring the safety of others on-site.
•Maintain and properly care for all tools, equipment, and company assets.
•Follow direction from senior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
•Manage job site materials and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and billing of time and materials.
•Stay up to date with industry developments, including changes to electrical codes and best practices.
•Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
•Review project requirements and coordinate material orders through the warehouse manager to support project timelines.
Requirements
•Hold a valid 309A Sheet metal license
•Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt within a rapidly evolving environment.
•Works effectively in a team setting with strong attention to detail.
•Exhibits strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on professional customer service.
•Maintains foundational knowledge of construction practices and basic computer skills.
•Follows direction from senior team members and contributes to a collaborative work environment.
•Completes all assigned work in accordance with SIFFT Electric standards and quality expectations.
•Holds a valid G Class Driver’s License.
•Has completed required health and safety training and adheres to all safety regulations.
•Performs all duties in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, ensuring the safety of self and others.
•Properly uses, maintains, and cares for company tools and assets.
•Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates respect toward colleagues and clients.
•Consistently demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong ethical values while building trust and valuing others
