Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Assistant at our Italian Restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service over the phone. You will handle reservation inquiries, take food orders, manage delivery requests, and address customer questions or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries about the menu, reservations, and delivery services.
- Take and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to customer preferences.
- Accurately input food orders into the system for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide detailed information about daily specials, menu items, and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders or reservations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.47-$26.22 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
