About the Role
Our Barista Trainee position is designed for someone who wants to get into specialty coffee but doesn't necessarily have previous café experience.
Every new Barista Trainee will receive 8 hours of paid training covering the foundations of working behind the bar, customer service, café workflow, drink preparation, cleanliness, and Blue House standards.
This is a casual position, making it a good fit for students or people looking for flexible work.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and take care of our guests
- Learn espresso, matcha, and beverage preparation
- Take orders and operate the POS
- Maintain a clean and organized café
- Restock and support the bar team
- Learn Blue House recipes and service standards
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment

- Is genuinely interested in coffee, hospitality, or learning something new
