Your Opportunity

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of applications following ITIL best practices
  • Understanding of SaaS – Software as a Service experience
  • Understanding of Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Responsible for ITSM Administration
  • Responsible for O365 SharePoint Online Administration
  • Responsible for SharePoint 2013 Administration and Development
  • Responsible for internal and Fintech Application Administration
  • Responsible for SQL database queries and tasks
  • Responsible for writing reports and setting up dashboards - PowerBI
  • Responsible for support documentation and team knowledge base

A Day in the Life

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Technical Administration on ITSM tool (Assyst) – ITIL best practices
  • Technical Administration on O365 SharePoint online
  • Technical Administration on various internal and Fintech applications
  • Perform various database related tasks
  • Perform analysis, troubleshoot and resolution of technical support inquiries
  • Write reports and set up dashboards – incorporate Power BI
  • Respond to escalations received from the eService Desk & eService Portal
  • Consult and collaborate with people to identify technical error and requirements for resolution
  • Development projects - follow software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Create and maintain operational support documentation
  • Investigate new technologies

Your Resume

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Technical Administration – Application Support and Development
  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary program in Computer Science, System Administration, Electronic Systems Engineering or an equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Technical Administration for ITSM cloud-based solution
  • Experience writing PowerBI reports and setting up dashboards
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013 Technical Administration
  • Experience with SharePoint Online Technical Administration
  • Experience with Technical Administration for applications and database related tasks
  • Perform analysis, troubleshoot and resolution of technical support inquiries
  • Responding to escalations received from the eService Desk & eService Portal
  • Development projects - follow software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with web programming languages and frameworks including OOP, C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Creating and maintaining operational documentation
  • Investigating new technologies
  • Consulting and collaborating with people to identify technical error and requirements for resolution
  • Professional, self-motivated and proven ability to work independently
