We are looking for a GroupNet Coordinator. This is approximately a 12-month contract.
The GroupNet Coordinator provides and maintains secure GroupNet access to Canada Life Group clients for the purpose of enrollment, billing and reporting activities and also provides immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers and group representatives.
What you will do
Living our values of Customer View; Integrity; Partnership; and Communities
Providing access to GroupNet for Canada Life Group clients.
Communicating with Group Representatives, Clients, Brokers/Agents and Head Office personnel via telephone, email and/or fax.
Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information has been received and the proper forms/authorization have been completed for the request that has been received.

A working knowledge of the following systems would be an asset: PAS, EAS, TSO, Internet, Outlook, Access and Excel
Experience within the Group Division would be a definite asset
Though not required, Bilingual skills would be an asset
