Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals with experience in the roofing and building envelope industry. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical ability, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to the shop and/or job sites
- Experience with roofing systems including metal, slate, cedar, and shingle
(Strong experience in at least one system is considered an asset)
- Ability to operate a brake and fabricate and install various flashing profiles accurately and efficiently (asset)
- Strong commitment to health and safety procedures and the ability to work safely at heights
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and assist where required
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and safely maneuvering on roofs and scaffolding
