CIMA Enoteca is a busy Italian restaurant specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh pasta, and regional Italian dishes. We pride ourselves on being a 100% scratch-made kitchen, crafting everything in-house to deliver authentic, high-quality dining experiences.
We are currently seeking a Line Cook / Pizza Maker to join our team, either in a full or part time capacity.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a team player with:
- Experience making pizza in a wood-fired oven.
- Experience working pasta or garde manger stations in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine (a strong asset).
- The ability to work across multiple stations as needed.
- Availability to work full time 40 hours per week, including Sundays and Mondays.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and consistency according to our recipes and standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold food safety standards.
- Contribute to the authentic Italian dining experience that Cima Enoteca is known for.
