Param’s Quick Lube & Repairs is a growing auto repair shop serving customers since 2016. We started in Mississauga and have expanded to the Niagara region, bringing the same honest service, quality workmanship, and customer care to more local drivers.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our customers, help manage customers, communicate with technicians, prepare estimates and invoices, and keep the daily workflow running smoothly.
Automotive experience is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills, good communication, and a professional attitude.
Duties
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage the daily schedule.
- Create repair orders, estimates, invoices, and customer records using shop management software.
- Communicate with customers about vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, approvals, pricing, and completion times.
- Work with technicians to understand inspection results and repair recommendations.
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, approvals, completed repairs, and missed appointments.
- Help maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer waiting area.
- Handle payments and basic administrative tasks.
- Support the shop manager with day-to-day operations
Skills
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with automotive repair enhances effectiveness in this role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional attitude and good attention to detail.
- Ability to explain information to customers clearly and respectfully.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability may be required depending on shop hours.
