We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication on behalf of executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in planning company events and special projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
- Knowledge of various Accounting software is also an asset.
