We’re looking for a Parts Manager who is highly organized, brings confident leadership, communicates with clarity, and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of parts operations, including team leadership and inventory control

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure accurate ordering

Collaborate with Service and Sales to align parts availability with dealership needs

Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in an automotive parts department

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of DMS systems and inventory best practices
