What you’ll do
Efficiently coordinate projects, achieving goals and meeting timelines
Prepare minutes, agendas, logistics, project deliverables, and other documentation
Manage project budgets, invoicing, and associated financial documents
Professionally engage with a wide range stakeholders
Identify, collect, and analyze project information and provide input and recommendations to project team
Help dissemination project information
What you bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Health or Social Sciences, or Business Administration plus 3-5 years in a project coordinator or policy analyst role in a health, social services, government, or community organization
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience working in complex environments within ambiguity
A high level of resourcefulness and ability to work cohesively in a team
Strong understanding of practical project management practical skills
Qualities including: creativity and innovation; sound judgment; tact and diplomacy; ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a demanding and dynamic environment; effective negotiation, conflict management and consensus-building skills; excellent oral and written communications skills.
