Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and Delivery Driver. In this role, you will not only excel in providing outstanding customer service and assisting with day-to-day retail operations but also play a pivotal role in managing our local delivery experience from order to door as well as inter-store transfers and picking/packing shipments for across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise, offering personalized recommendations for pet care products.
- Handle transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and creating visually appealing displays.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular product counts.
- Manage all aspects of online orders for local and Canada-wide shipping
- Deliver local orders
- Manage inter-store transfers
Qualifications:
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
- Computer skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong passion for pets and a solid understanding of pet care products and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Candidates with Post-Secondary Education preferred.
