We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with licensing and privacy regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to listen attentively and tailor treatments to individual client needs
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
