Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Representative & Technician to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines customer-focused sales with technical installation and service of RO water treatment systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and enjoys working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for RO water treatment systems
- Meet with customers to assess water treatment needs and recommend solutions
- Install, service, and maintain RO and related water treatment equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues on-site
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
- Prepare quotes, service reports, and documentation
- Maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, or technical service preferred
- Sales experience or strong customer service background
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in field environments
