Helpero is looking for experienced residential Cleaning Specialists who can consistently provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients.
The Senior Cleaning Specialist position is designed for cleaners who already have professional residential cleaning experience and can independently manage cleaning assignments while maintaining high quality standards.
You provide your availability, and cleaning assignments are scheduled based on client demand within your selected service area.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional residential cleaning services
- Complete Standard, Deep Cleaning, Move-In and Move-Out cleaning assignments
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client instructions
- Maintain consistent quality across assignments
- Identify areas requiring additional attention
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled service windows
- Properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Report service issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Professional residential cleaning experience required
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete cleaning assignments independently
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel between client locations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills
- Smartphone with internet access
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
