Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Standard First Aid and CPR Certification

- Proven customer service expertise and professionalism
- Skilled in conflict resolution and enforcing property rules
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting
- Basic computer skills for managing digital records and communication
- Organized approach to tracking deliveries, visitor logs, and amenity bookings
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or condominium security
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating scheduling and managing team shifts
- Overseeing time-keeping and addressing discrepancies
- Collaborating with Probe Security’s head office to maintain service standards and client satisfaction
- Managing records for resident services, visitor logs, and deliveries
- Logging all incidents, occurrences, and unusual activities in accordance with company protocols
- Conducting regular security checks and following all established procedures
- Providing on-site training and mentoring for team members
- Leading emergency procedure drills and conducting performance evaluations
Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- Work Location: Onsite, providing direct service to residents and guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Computer operation: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Security Guard Licence (required)
